Membership and Donations
NEW MEMBERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME
Individual membership is $20.00 a year.
You have to fill out the aplication and have it read to the membership at 3 meetings and then they will vote rether or not to accept you as a member.
If accepted as a member then you pay your dues and are issued a membership card.
Any dues paid now will cover you for that current year. Our calendar year runs from January 1st to Dec. 31st.
Any paid member is eligible to vote for club officers at the October election meeting.
You get into ALL The Shows for FREE.
We encourage all members to attend our monthly general meetings which are held every 3rd Sunday (April thru October) at the Threshing helpful Show grounds.
If you are not interested in being a member at this time but would like to make a contribution such as a financial, or perhaps a piece of antique equipment. We will welcome your donation, however if you want to donate a piece of antique equipment, it will have to be presented to the board of directors. This can be done by : e-mail, letter, or contacting a board member. Financial donations can be sent directly to Portersville Steam Show. However please do not send cash.
